The Hotel Restaurant
Our hotel houses two restaurant halls. The San Giuseppe Room is ideal for groups as it can accommodate up to 300 people, while the more intimate San Michele Room holds up to 50 seats.
Every day, from breakfast to dinner, our chefs prepare typical Apulian menus and Italian cuisine, with special attention to the seasonality of raw materials and the quality of the dishes offered.
We try to meet the needs of our guests with intolerances and allergies, preparing specific dishes for them. We also ensure, in addition, the preparation of Gluten Free dishes guaranteed by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) membership.
For our youngest guests, the Chefs elaborate baby menus with simple and mouth-watering proposals to satisfy the tastes of the little ones in the dining room. And to give them every comfort even during meals, our staff prepares very comfortable child-sized high chairs.
